Kircher, whose post ofnee address is Ogdcn, Utah, had made application in accordance witb the requirements of Chapter 108, Sea Bion Laws of Utah, 1905. as amended, by the Session Laws of Utah, 1907, to appropriate ten (10) cubic-feet per second of water from springs Id Taylor's Tay-lor's Canyon, Wober County, Utah. Part ofsaid water will be diverted from a spring which 13 situated at "point of diversion" No. 1, which bears north 02 degrees 48 minutes west 211.3 feet disant from the east quarter quar-ter corner of Section 35. Township C north. Range 1 west. Salt Lake ba-s? and meridian. Part of said water Mill be diverted from a spring which Is situated at "point of diversion" No, 2, which bears north 71 degrees 3 minutes min-utes cast 154Q feet distant from the land coiner above described. Part of said water will be diverted from a spring which Is situated at "point of diversion" No. 3. which is 3.49C.C feet south CI degrees 51 minutes east from the abovo described corner. Part of said water will bo collected from a spiing which Is situated at a point bearing north 43 degrees 21 minutes ear.t 2820.6 feet distant from the point first above described; also from numerous nu-merous small spring3 adjacent thereto and conveyed to "point of diversion" No. 4, which bears north 44 degrees 44 minutes east 2.533.2 feet distant from the quarter corner above described, describ-ed, where it wilbbe diverted. At "point of diversion" No. 5, which bears north 51 degrees ,33 minutes cast 2.427.7 feet distant from the land corner cor-ner abovo described,' a part of .said water will be collected from small springs situated in a side canyon which enters tho main can on at a point northeast of the ' point of diversion" last above described. At "point of diversion" di-version" No. C. which bears south S5 degrees 53 minutes east 5233.8 feot distant dis-tant from the land corner above de-Ecrlbed, de-Ecrlbed, the water which flows from a spring situated about 100 feet east of said "point of diversion" will be diverted. divert-ed. The remainder of the water applied for will be diverted at "point of diversion" di-version" No. 7, which bears south 69 degrees 7 minutes east 3,46 1.2 feet distant from tho1 land comer above described, at which point the water from numerous bmall springs situated In two canyons which form the main canyon Is to be collected aDd diverted. Tho water from the various sources above described will be collected and conveyed to a point near tho west line of Section 3C, township 6 north, Range 1 west, Salt Lake baso and meridian, where it will bo conveyed for about 20,000 feet by means of a niDe line to tho reservoir of the an- plicant situated east of Ogden City between be-tween 22nd and 23rd streets and "from there it will be distributed during tho period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, by means of the present system of wjitcr work3 operated by the applicant and to be hereafter constructed and there used for municipal purposes. This application appli-cation is designated in tho State Engineer's En-gineer's office as No. 1709. All protests against tho granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor must be made by affidavit In dupllcato and filed in this office with-, in thlrity (30) days after tho completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
