Smith, whose postolllce address Is Ogden, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements or of Chapter 10$, Session Laws or Utah, 1905, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1907, to appropriate one-tepth (110) of a cubic-toot per second ot water from a spring in Weber County. Utah. Said spring U situated at a point which lies 500 feet north and S20 feet west ot the center or Section 22. Township Town-ship 6 north, Range 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian.
