The Battler's general answer has been that he was ready and willing to re enter the ring ir shown enough money. "I must have $16,000, win, lose or draw, for my end when I meet Freddie Fred-die Welsh," said Nelson, "This proposition prop-osition is open to the promoters ot tho country only until next Fourth ot July. If it is not accepted by that time I will Increase my demand to $20,000. This latter sum will then be the only figure- that will induce mc to fight again. The promoters will then have until next September D to do business bus-iness with me on this $20,000 ba.-ls.
