The basement, base-ment, whloh Is built of stone, Is now almost completed, and the balance ot the structure will be made of red tlone and pressed brick. Mr. Horace Peery stated last evening even-ing that, according to the contract entered en-tered Into with the . builders, the house Is to be completed in the early part of August and that notwithstanding notwithstand-ing the fact that the work on the building had not progressed as rapidly us contemplated, because of Intervening Interven-ing circumstances, the completion ot the oonstnictlon work will not foil far short of that time.
