SUBURBAN TO NORTH END OF WEBER ELECTRIC LINE TO PLAIN CITY IS NOW ASSURED. Franchise to Be Granted Cc-untryee-ple Brought Into Close Touch With Ogden. The board of county commissioners will this afternoon grant to Lyman Skeen, Joseph A. Taylor and J. M. Child a franchise to build a railroad j from the northern limits of Ogden City j through Hairlavllle, Farr West and i Plain City to the north and west lino of section 32, township 7, north . of range 2 west, Si't Lake meridian. This Is the beginning of an electric line to be built by David Eccles and associates which will offer transportation transporta-tion facilities to all that northwest portion of Weber county between Ogden Og-den and Plain City. It is a most Important move. The farmers are to grade the line and Mr. j Eccles and associates will do the rest, making an electric line for passenger travel and affording an excellent outlet out-let for the beet crop which will bo pulled to market by dummy engines.
