Show OGDEN RIVER OVERFLOWS BAMS RAINS AND MELTING SNOW PRODUCE PRO-DUCE A FLOOD. Chinese Gardener Finds His Place Under Un-der Water Newsboys Ride Through Small River. Ogden river took on flood aspects during tho night and rose steadily until about 9 o'clock this morning. Chong's neighbors also suffered suf-fered in consequence of one of the l.rM-n vanU adininlne beine flooded to a depth of two or three feet.
