Show CHANGE COMPLAINT I AGAINST JAPANESE The rase of tho state against K Pato Japanese, charged with being a habitual offender against the prohibition prohi-bition law, was dismissed in the city court this morning on the motion of County Attorney David J. Wilson. He explained to th court that the case charging Sato with having liquor In I his possession was still In the district court and had not been disposed of and. as a consequence there was no evidence that he was a tl&bltua offender. of-fender. Ho was then arraigned to answer to complaint charging him with hav-ilng hav-ilng liquor in his possession. Through his attorney he entered plea of not guilty to the charge and tho case was continued for setting until un-til October 27 at 3 o'clock In the afternoon. |
