Stillman, New j York banker, against Mrs. Anne U. I Stillman, was granted todny by Supreme Su-preme Court Justice Morschauscr on application of defense counsel Justice Morschauser held in abeyance abey-ance a motion by Mrs Stillman s lawyers law-yers for an additional allowance of G.08o. Counsel for tho banker would not say whether an appeal would bo sought to prevent hearings at Montreal. Mon-treal. Kiigen H.
