Rockefeller of the Weber club The " Weber club committee yesterday prepared pre-pared the following rules for the tournament, tour-nament, which have been submitted to the Salt Lake Commercial club for approval. The rules follow: "Tho trophy to be played for shall be a solid silver loving cup to cost, $50. The cup to bo a trophy to be played for each year until won two consecutive years by one of the clubs when it shall remain the property of that club. Each club shall Appropriate Appropri-ate $25 for the purchase of the cup. "Th team re presenting each club shall consists of six men who must be : electefl from the members of that elub 'The contents are to be played In two blocks, the first match to be played at the Weber club Saturday.. March 12, afternoon and evening, play to begin at 4 o'clock. Each bloelc of the contest shall consists of six , games of threo cushion billiards of 25 i p int each, and six games of straight , rail billiards of 100 points each It is, understood that the second block in the contest would be played on the : tabled at the Salt Lake Commercial! olUb on the Saturda following cr March r9.
