Show MO OWNERS OF UTAH WILL GAIN BY CUTS I Rates From Producing Points to Salt Lake, Og- den and Provo Reduced , EFFECTIVE APRIL 11 Amount of Benefit to Motorists Depends on Future Conditions WASHINGTON, Jan. 16. Pall-road Pall-road rates on gasoline from a number num-ber of producing points to Salt Lae City Ogden and Provo. Utah, were ordered reduced today by from 10 to JO per cent, effective April 11. by the interstate commerce commission New rates were prescribed which, tho commission said, should not exceed ex-ceed 65 cents per 100 pounds from Florence, Colo.. 65 cents from Casper, Wyo 611 cms from Grey Bull, Wyo. ; E cents from Wilmington. (Note This reduction will benefit Ogden consumers, according to W. H. Harris, president and manager of the ' Igden Paint, oil & Glass company. Just to what extent the reduction will be, la contingent on futuro conditions, said Mr Harris.
