Show SERVICES HELD FOR LOGAN CAPITALIST LOG AX. Jan. 7. Tho funeral of Thomas Smart was held yesterday froiu tho Logan tabernacle. There was a largo attendance. Tho interment inter-ment was in the I-ogan olty cemetery. As a mark of respect to tho former sheepman, capitalist and trustee of the Utah Agricultural Comoro, school waa, dismissed during the afternoon that tho students might attend the funeral. Miss Nora BllSSOp sanp "The Holy City" and Professor willl.im Spioker played Raffs "Cuva-tlna" "Cuva-tlna" on tho violin nciotnpunled by Professor S. E. Clark. John T. Calne offered the Invocation and President I Joseph Qulnney pronounced the bene-! bene-! diction. At the cemetery tho gravo was dedicated by John Q. Adams. |
