The government gov-ernment today filed Injunction proceedings pro-ceedings against tho Southern Pine association, as-sociation, sixty-one corporations and sixty-nine individuals In an effort to end an alleged conspiracy to curtail the supply and Increase the price of, yellow pine lumber. The government asked for a por-j maneht Injunction, after hearing evidence. evi-dence. District Attorney Carroll said It would amount to dissolution of the association. Tho suit was filed by direction of Attorney General Palmer and charges violation of the Sherman antl-trur.t act.
