Show OFFICERS ELECTED BY BOX ELDER CLUB BRIGHAM CITY. Jan. 9. P. Russell Rus-sell "Wight was elected president of the Box Elder Commercial club at the annual election of officers hold In the club rooms Saturday Fred Sorcnson. Honry Froglcy, Emery Reese and James Romer, wero named as members mem-bers of tho board of governors. The now president serves for one year and tho four new nicmbers of of the board of governors serve for two years. Tho holdover members of the boRrd are Hervln Bunderson, J. A. Flshburn. C. W Merrell and R. Kaiser. Kai-ser. Some intcroKting reports were made by President W. T. Davis. Secretary! W. V. Call and tho various committees which havo been active during the past year. The advertising committee, composed compos-ed of Secretary W. V. Call, Horvln Bunderson and Victor E. Madson, reported re-ported having secured tho installation of a tourist camp ground by tho city, which was equipped with cooking facilities, fa-cilities, ample fuel, water, inside toilets toi-lets and showor bath and outside electrical elec-trical Illumination. Tho grounds wero visited during tho tourist soason by 1.C22 campers and threo troops of Boy Scouta from Salt Lake. The committee commit-tee also reportod tho expenditure to date of $C30 on art road sign boards, of which eight havo been installed closi in and far avay from Brlgham City on the highways leading into this city. Tho road slcns advertised the city and camp grounds during the summer and for winter they have been repainted and carry a booster ad for Brlgham City with special reference to the home-making advantages of the city and its wonderful peaches. Arrangements Ar-rangements havo also been -mado for tho printing of thousands of illustrated illustrat-ed booklots on Brlgham City and Box Elder county which it Is Intended to distribute through the mall of the various va-rious business concerns and tho Commercial Com-mercial club. The club Itself appropriated appro-priated $1,000 cash to help meet the expense of this special advertising literature. lit-erature.
