Baser as deputy recorder was also confirmed, but it was explained that thus action ws taken in order that Mr. Kiser might owume his duties as inspector Of automobiles In Ogd. n under direction di-rection of the secretary of state's of flee The appointment was made simply sim-ply to glc Mr Kiser more authority In his lino of duly and will carry no pay. It was said Mr. Kiser will work entirely under the secretary of stale':' orders and will obtain his salary from that source, it was announced.
