Belton Kennedy, slain broker, was testified today by W M Strother and J. W Musselman, undertakers in the trial of Mrs. M id-alynne id-alynne Connor Obenchaln. on trial for the murder of the broker on August 5. last. Other witnesses of tho ses-, ses-, slon were Frank W. Stoddard, deputy county surveyor, who Introduced and explained maps indicating the character char-acter of surroundings w here Kennedy met his death; William Laughlln of the Wfstern I'nlon Telegraph company, com-pany, Identifying telegrams exchanged exchang-ed between Mrs. Obenchaln. Kennedy and Arthur C. Burch, indicted wIGi Mr Obenchaln on the murder charge. Concerning arrival of Mrs. Obenchaln Oben-chaln from Chicago in July, 1920, several hotel employes were summoned summon-ed to give testimony. Mrs. Obenchaln attired in a costume cos-tume entirely different than that wor i yesterday, smiled upon the jurors Tho prosecution also planned today to offer for Identification more thin 30 letters alleged to hae been exchanged ex-changed between Mrs. Obenchaln and her co-defendant Arthur C.
