To get the better of the rent problem; he moves up on the roof, and later establishes hlm---y self in a house, the owners of which K are away. There he finds a mysteri ous note about a will, which Is uncovered uncov-ered in the end of the story and awards the girl, which he has met In the meantime, also a roof dweller, the home and estate of which she has been defrauded by her unscrupulous Mepmother.
