From April I November the woman who spends part of each year lu the country Is most concerned as to the number and suitability suitabil-ity of her out-of-town gowns. But November No-vember is the month oi the gathering of her clans in the city. She realizes that her country house frocks look passe, and ;hu focuses her attention upon tho which will bear the inspection of the h Mjrcritical city eyes. It is a one-piece one-piece gown of satin brocade. It is made on long, straight lines, and might be termed scantily full " It gives the Illusion Illu-sion of fulness, though not a large, amount of fulness is used In lis construction.
