Show I! STARTS TO SERVE HIS PENITENTIARY TERM TWIN PALLS, Idaho, May 27. William Wil-liam Carver, convicted recently of manslaughter, was ordered committed to the state penitentiary yesterday to I serve an indeterminate sentence of ' from one to ten years. Judge W. A. Babcock of the district court, Imposed the sentence. Carver was convicted of killing a sheepherder named Ygnacoi of Bilboa in a quarrel that resulted over an alleged al-leged trespass of sheep on Carter's land. A plea of suspension of Judgment Judg-ment was denied by Judge Babcock. nn. |
