Major General Hnrbdrd haB sent a telegram to bo road at the ceremony In Bolloau wood, where he commanded command-ed the second division in the first pitched battle In which the American army was engaged. A company of French troops which fought alongsldo tho Americans near Dhateau Thierry r.'ill attond the ceremony. French troops who fought at St. Ml-hiol Ml-hiol with the Americans will be present pres-ent at the Rorangne-Sous-Montfaucon cemetery where lies one complete division di-vision of 25,000 Amorican soldlern.
