Utah, which said I Judicial Convention will name two candl- dates for District Judgo and one candidate candi-date for District Attorney, and transact such other business as may properly come before the Convention. j The apportionment of delegates from Weber County to said Judicial Conven-1 tlon is upon the basis of the vote cast for Hon. W. H. Waltls for Congress at tho general election of 1918, each district being be-ing entitled to one delegate for. each twenty-five votes, or major fraction thereof, there-of, cast for said W. II. Wattls at said election, provided that each district shall be entitled to at least one delegate.
