Show I . ; Sues For Divorce; : Cruelty Is Charged Unusual allegations are contained in the third amended complaint filed .this morning in the district court by I Olive B Allan against Marshall H. Allan and Inez Allan. Mrs. Allan asks divorce from her husband and alleges in her complaint that efforts are beinp made by him to dispose of certain property before the case ' comes to trial in order that she' may ibe balked from obtaining possession. ' In her complaint Mrs. Allan sets fort"h that for three years past her husband hqs been guilty of cruelty and that in the Ogden home in July, I ID 17. lie struck and kicked hen causing caus-ing injuries which made it necessary (for her to be confined to bed for sev-! sev-! eral days. In December. 1919. Mrs. Allan alleges al-leges that her husband stuck a hot fork in . her hand and resorted to 'twisting her arm until she cried with pain. Numerous other occasions are 'mentioned in the complaint in which I Mrs. Allan alleges inhuman treatment. treat-ment.
