Frank-1 lin D'Olior, national commander of the American Legion, today appeared be-foro be-foro the resolutions committee of the United States chamber of commerce in conventtion here to examine a resolution reso-lution opposing a soldiers' bonus which goes before the convention for ado.ption late this afternoon. It was learned that modifications of the resort reso-rt lution had been made to meet the approval ap-proval of the legion commander. The resolution as modified advocates advo-cates proper governmental care of' wounded soldiers and urges some sys-tern sys-tern by which aid on a business basis could be extended former service men, it was understood, i President Homer L.
