Show Nick Cullop Cited Before U. S. Court SALT LAKE. April 13. An order temporarily restraining "Norman A. (Nick) Cullop from playing with any basoball club other than the Salt Lake club was signed yestorday by Judge Tillman D. Johnson In tho United States district court yesterday. The order is returnable immediately,! which means that Cullop will have to come before the court at once to show i cause why tho restraining order I should not be made permanent. The application was presented by George I V Wesson, attorney for the Salt Lake club. Carl W. Blair, deputy United States marshal, served the order on Cullop, I who Ik at Wellsvllle. and testified thntl two trains had left for Salt Lakei since the papers wore served, and that Cullop, had ho desired, could have I , been present at the hearing.
