Show Troop 23 Scouts Mold Program at Third Ward Twenty boys of troop 23, Boy Scouts visited the Third ward meeting house and rendered a program of songs and scout drills, Scout executlvo George A. Goates spoke on "Tho Boy Scout in service for the community" and "Dad" Steel on "Conserving the boy." Just after the meeting tho boys wore called upon to go in search of two children who had been lost for three hours. One child had strayed from the vicinity of Seventeenth street, crossed Ogden river and was found in the neighborhood of Glen-wood Glen-wood park. The other had strayed rrom Monroo and Twonty-fifth and was found at Monroo and Thirty-second. Both little wanderors were between be-tween 4 and 5 years old. says Mr. Goatea. |
