Show uu Bamberger Workers Wil Get Bonuses In Celebration of the tenth anniversary annivers-ary of the electrification of the Bamberger Bam-berger Electric railroad, formerly the Salt Lake and Ogden Railroad "company, "com-pany, gifts to employees in tthc form of seVvicc dividends will be distrlb-uated, distrlb-uated, according to announcements mado yesterday by Julian Bamberger, general manager of the road. The distribution of the dividends, whjch will amount to between $10,000 and ?12,000 annually in addition to the present wages, will realize the idea of the founder that recognition should be given, not only for the intrinsic value of the service of the employees, but also for the added value which long and efficient service merits. The dividends will be paid quarterly in March, June, September and December De-cember for the preceding quarters. They will be retroactive to January 1 of this year. The amount of the minimum dividend will be 1 per cent, with an additional per cent of increase in-crease for every year an employee the served since June 3, 1910. Checks In payment of tho dividend will hear a picture of Governor Bamberger, Bam-berger, and the first dividend for the period, January 1 to February 29 or this year, will be paid May ifo, the tenth anniversary of the running of the first electric train between Salt Lake and Ogden. |
