Show Utah Federation j of Women's Clubs j Opens Convention With a stirring appeal to the women of Utah In which he urged that closer attention be given lo the morals of growing children. Among them will be distinguished club women from the eastern states who are nationally known speakers. MAYOR'S TALK. Mayor Francis, in his brief but ringing ring-ing talk.
