R Roberts yestcr-d yestcr-d ay afternoon, following the intro- H ducilon of testimony on the part of the plaintiff Herbert R. Hcssler. His ball remains at $1000 Raker was accused of having shot H easier through the abdomen with a revolver as the result of a quarrel ovor an Irrigation ditch.
