Said special tox Is levied upon nil property prop-erty abutting on the following strict, to wit: Both sides of Thirtieth street between Washington and Lincoln avenues, the south side only of Thirtieth street between Lincoln and Plngree avenues, and both sides of Thirtieth street between Pin gree avenue and a point 857.8 fee; W -i of Wall avenue, and more particularly described as follows.
