Show MAYOR ATTENDS LEAGUE SESSION City Officials of State Assemble Assem-ble at Salt Lake in An- j nual Convention Mtior Frank Francis and City Engineer Engi-neer Joseph M Tracy were among those who attended the initial session of the State Municipal league yesterday yester-day In Salt Lake and took prominent part In the discussion of municipal! affairs. Proposed constitutional amendments to be voted upon Nobember - and recommendations to the legislature as to legislation aftectlng munlclpall-I ties, are being compiled at the con-ventlon, con-ventlon, and preeentitd to the people, and the legislature with recommenda-1 lions.
