Show POSTAL SERVICE IN WAR PRAISED BY OFFICIAL CINCINNATI. Sept. 10 John C. Ioon. first assistant postmaster general, gen-eral, addressing delegates to the National Na-tional Association of Postmasters here today, outlined the work of the postal gervice prior and through the world wur, and covering every phase up to tne present.
