Show OBSERVE DAY Annual Celebration to Be Heid Here Tomorrow: Big Parade Planned Preparations are complete for Libor Day observance and the city will witness wit-ness the largest celebration of this sort staged here in years tomorrow, Irecording to announcements by union ' officials. Stores throughout the city will be . elosed. as will public offices of tho pity and county. Federal buildings. Including In-cluding the pOStofflce and forest scrv- i!cc building, togethe-r with the library.' w.ll also shut their doora for the day ' The observance will stmt at 9 'o'clock Montlay morning with a pa-1 rade. The parade will be made up in. tnrec divisions, because ot the largo number who will participate, and the first division will form on Washington R1 ATlltfl artnth r. f Tu'nnlv-wtvth ctrff.f I City officials, building trades and uptown up-town crafts will make up t! is division. City officials will lead trie parade and will be followed by the Ladles' band. In the second division, which will l.ne up on Twenty-sixth street, east of Washington avenue, all rairoad cr;-fts will be formed in lino. The Southern Pacific band will follow this division. The third division of the parade will folm west of Washington avenue on Twenty-sixth street. Commercial floats v. ill be Included in the third dr. ision- Promptly at 10 o'clock the parade Will start off north along Washington avenue. The parade wllj continue to Tweny-aecond Btrej I and from this point will counter-march to Twenty-fifth Twenty-fifth street. The parade will then swing westward west-ward on Twenty-fifth street to Wall avenue. Contrary to usual practice of trades, the line of march will swing southward along Wall avenue to Twen- iy-5ixin street. i ne mercners will then turn eastward toward Washington Washing-ton avenue and will disband at the City Hall park, wh re community singing sing-ing will be held. W I- Keating w!ll be marshal of the parade. Joe lanville. vice chairman of the Labor Day committee, has predicted satisfaction to all who witness tho parade pa-rade and take part In the events which will follow, while his assertions that the dav will be a success were seconded second-ed by A P. Sumrall. secretary. Following the parade the elebration will be continued at various resorts. Speakers at the Labor day propram will include J. J. Sullivan. M. P.
