Dlaylock) An interesting talk was given Sun-' day before the parents class by John Halls of the Weber county board of education, disclosing some startling facts pertaining to child welfare in the schools. Among other things he said in the rural districts, a land of plenty, the children were under-nour ished. To obviate that handicap the the school lunch is being tried out in several schools of the county.-, He also said a mistake indulged in by many parents in giving their children too much spending money.
