Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 17, 19,19. Notlco is hereby given that William iJ Hodson, of Plain City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919. to appropriate appropri-ate three and five-sevenths (3 5-7) second-feet of water from the A'eber river, in Weber county. Said water will be diverted bv means of a pumping plant at a point S. 27 degrees E 863 ft from the northwest corner of Section I 8, Township North. Range 2 West,! Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and con- j veyed 2640 ft. In a canal and there used from May 1 to October 1 of each year as a supplemental supply to irrigate 130 acres of land embraced in the W. SW. '4 and SE. hi NW 14 Sec. 5. SE. i SE. J Sec. 6: NE. NT 1 Sec. 7; N. y NW Sec 8, Township Town-ship 6 North. Range 2 West, and N. Vz I NE. Vi Sec. 31. Township 7 North. Range 2 West. This application is designated des-ignated in the state engineer's office as No. 8177. All protests against the granting of said application stating the reasons therefor, muat be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with h fee of $2 50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice G.
