The milling 1 division of the food administration has issued orders providing for an im- ffi mediate increase in the output of flour, according to announcement made to- day by B. A. Eckhart, head of the di- 9 it vision. Tho order notifies flour mill- j ers that they may return to a 90 per I cent basis. The original basis was es- P tabllshed by averaging the output of W the mills for three years.
