"I wish to add my congratulations to those of General Crowder. The splendid co-operation and unselfish devotion to duty of members of local and district boards and their clerical assistants has given Utah the won-derful won-derful distinction of being the first state in the union to complete the big task assigned to it. "With the completion of the classi-fication classi-fication the work of the local and dis-trict dis-trict boards is practically concluded. The big task of filling quotas and for-warding for-warding men to mobilization camps will hereafter be comparatively sim-pie: sim-pie: I am confident that the same spirit which placed Utah in first placo in completing the classification of registrants will continue to keep Utah in the first rank.
