Kanoca, Japanese, charged with violating vio-lating the speed ordinance, has been stricken from the docket of the muni-pal muni-pal court. On motion of David i-. Stine, assistant city attorney, Judge George S. Barker this morning dismissed dis-missed the complaint. Kanoca was arrested during December and the case has been continued from time to time since. The offense, it was alleged, occurred oc-curred at Washington avenue and Twenty.-fifth street. Home Robbed Robbers entered tho summer home of W. H. Enemy Aliens Although, it is estimated, esti-mated, there are 200 enemy aliens residing re-siding within the corporate limits of Ogden, only thirty-three had registered regis-tered as required by President Wilson's Wil-son's order, at 1 o'clock today. The registration closes at S o'clock Wednesday Wed-nesday night, and all enemy aliens found without a registration card will be subject to internment for the period of the war.
