Show I NEW ORDER ORGANIZED I WITH FRATERNAL I PRINCIPLES A new order, Circle No. 5 of the Royal Circle of the Universe, was organized or-ganized last evening. At 8 o'clock in j the Eagles hall about seventy-five representative rep-resentative business and professional I men and wage-earners in various industries in-dustries gathered and listened to Su-1 Su-1 preme Organizer Thomas J Cookney, who explained the purpose of the new order, which is said to be more truly j fraternal than any yet existing its I purpose being the economic and so-I so-I cial betterment of each and e ery ' member, not in a vague way. but in a definite manner. He was lollowed bv Dr. George W. Hillegaa of Oakland, , Cal., Circle No. 1, who spoke to the I point regarding the present high cost of living. Dr Mills reviewed the co-! co-! operative movement In England 1 Messrs. P. K. Smith, Geo. Falk, Dr. Browning, C. A. Nelson and others spoke, all heartily endorsing the new movement. Words of encouragement were also sent in from all the large i local manufacturing interest-.
