Chambers, of the board of mediation and conciliation, has tendered the services of the board to President Wilson in case the president decides to intervene in the railroad strike negotiations now in progress. Judje' Chambers took part in some of the conferences last September, which were followed by passage of the Adamson eight hour law. |
