Williams and Captain Christofferson. in command com-mand of the sanitary corps of the First regiment of Utah. toda requested The Standard to publish an appeal for the immediate enlistment in Ogden of one physician, to begin service with th rank of first lieutenant, and six men to serve in the Sanitary corps, all ol whom will probably be assigned tc Ogden Troops B and K. Persons de siring to enlist, in response to this appeal, should report to Captain J Ray Ward, telephone 540, or in per son at his office, 416 Twenty-fourth street, or at the armory, whre a troop drill will be held next Monday night. Men Wanted for Sanitary Corps. When called to the colors the sani tary corps, now being recruited, will be divided up and assigned wtiere it is most needed. This branch of the army service, the officers stated, offers special inducements induce-ments to the right kind of men who may be assured of every' opportunity for rapid advancement. The six men to be enlisted as Og den's specially picked contingent in the sanitary corps should have some knowledge of drugs; they don't have to be anything like expert in this knowledge, nor specialists of any kind, but should have a preference for this branch of the serTice.
