Show OO ASSOCIATION FORMED AT AMERICAN FORK Salt Lake, Aug. 18 Miss Emma E. Lindsay, state regent of the Daughters Daugh-ters of tho Utah Indian War Veterans, Vet-erans, and Mrs. Lily C. Wolstenholme, first vice regent, have returned from American Fork, where, at tho Black Hawk encampment on August 8, 9, 10 and Hi they assisted in the organization organiza-tion of the association. The following officers -wore elected: Department commander-in-chief, Jas. H. .McDonald of Provo; senior vlco commander, Irving L. Pratt of American Ameri-can Fork; junior commander, Mrs. Clara Jones of Spanish Fork; adjutant adju-tant general, Mrs. Ada Wilklns Evans of Lehi; quartermaster general, Miss Anna Ncboker of Payson; chaplain, "W.
