Show WORLD'S WKETS New York, Dec. 7. Re-organized railway issues continued their advance ad-vance on further heavy absorption, Wheeling and Lake Erie being most conspicuous at gains of 1 to 3 points. Virtually all shares of the class comprising com-prising the western and southwestern groups, followed at appreciable advances, ad-vances, the movement for a time overshadowing over-shadowing tho market for seasoned rails. Moderate recessions occurred in representative stocks, but these were balanced by gains in the same quarter. Reading, General Electric, and Westinghouse rose 1 to 3 points with fertilizers. Bonds -were again irregular ir-regular with a new low price for Anglo-French 5's. Sugar. New York, Dec. 7. Raw sugar firm; centrifugal, 5.G9c; molasses, -1.82c. Refined, Re-fined, steady; fine granulated, 7.20c. Sugar futures opened easier under scattered December liquidation by trade interests and selling by commission commis-sion ,houses. At noon prices were 7 to 10 points lower. Chicago Grain Chicago, Dec. 7. Fresh strength developed in the wheat market today owing to prospects of additional ex. port buying. There were advices that ships would be withdrawn from the Argentine trade and it was pointed out In this connection could as easily mako three trlpsto North America from Europe as one trip to Australia. Estimates were current that France alone at this season would requiro imports of 3,000,000 bushels of wheat. Opening prices, which ranged from tho same as yesterday's finish to 1 1-lc higher, with May at $1.81 1-4 to $1.82 and July at $1.50 3-1 to $1.51 1-1 were followed by a moderate reaction and then a substantial ndvanco all around. Unwelcome rains had a bullish effect ef-fect on corn. Besides, the strength of wheat tended to lift prices. After opening l-Sc to l-3c higher, the market mar-ket sagged a little, but soon turned upgrade again. Commission houses were mostly on tho buying .sido in the oats crowd. The trading this morning on the local mining exchange was rather quiet, there only being a total of 42,700 shares changing hands during the session, with prices in most issues about steady. Big Four Exploration was weaker "and sold off to $1.22 1-2, Cottonwood King changed hands steady at 1 34 cents, Howell Mining sold off to 20 cents, it closing with this price bid for it, Michigan-Utah Michigan-Utah changed hands as high as 30 cents, Silver.
