Show CHICAGO GRAIN Chicago. Feb. 10. Wheat took a downturn in price today, largely as a result of peace talk in the Prussian diet. Besides the Liverpool market was easier and the buying here not of an aggressive character. Conges- j tion of export facilities In Boston counted also against the bulls. The opening which ranged 1-4 to 1 l-4c off was followed by a slight further setback before prices began to rally.
