Show vju- ROBBER! CASE IS BEING HEARD In Judge Harris' division of the district dis-trict court this morning, in the case of the state against Frank Smith, George Wotherington and Frank Kal-ters, Kal-ters, charged with robbery, Smith and Wotherington pleaded not guilty and Attorney R. S. Farnsworth was appointed ap-pointed to defend them. Walters made his escape from the city jail soon after his arrest. The men are charged with robbery Charles West of a watch and a few cents in money, December 25, 1915. West is said to have been held up at the point of a revolver and demanded to ghe up his belongings. |
