Show II H SENTENCED 1 DISTRICT COURT When the trial of the case of th state of Utah against T. Rickert was called In Judge J. A. Howell's division of the district court this morning, district attorney John C. Davis amended amend-ed information, changing the charge against the defendant from attempted burglary in the second degree to that of the third degree, whereupon the defendant de-fendant pleaded guilty and was sent enced to 30 days in the county jail The man was charged -with an attempt at-tempt to burglarize the residence of George C. Streeper, October 29, 1915 In Judge N. J Harris' division of the district court It4chard Mliller, charged with grand larceny, was ar ralgned before Judge G. G. Armstrong of Salt Lake and pleaded guilty He was sentenced to an indeterminate term in the state penitentiary. Miller Mil-ler was charged with the theft of a horse owned by Clarence Hardy oo |
