Mis Hell turned from Outzen and started to hurry toward the house. She had taken hut two or three steps when a bullet from a rifle in the hands of Ont7.cn pierced the back of her head, ranged upward and emerged tr.m the upper pari of her fa 8 Bhe died instantly, Outsell quickly reloaded re-loaded the gun. a single-shot rifle of ,38- ")". caliber, and placing the muzzle ncalnst his cheek below the right eye sent a bullet crashing into his own brain He died within ten minutes. The tragedy was witnessed by Mrs. Willmena Monson, who was in tho Rell home, and one of the little daughters daugh-ters of Mrs. Rell Mrs. Monson Immediately Im-mediately became hysterical. The noise of the shots attracied neighbors, but both victims of the tragedy were beyond assistance Outen had emerged from the Bell residence with the rifle but a few minutes before the shooting He had left it there upon a former visit and had gone tG set it yesterday morning, preparatory to taking the train home. As he left the house Mrs Rell accompanied him to the gate The nature of their conversation conver-sation immediately preceding the murder mur-der and suicide is not known Mrs Bell was the daughter nf Ezra Rappee of Tropic and leaves a family fam-ily of three small children Three of her sisters reside In Mnrvsvale.
