Show SENATOR I'l CRAIG PLEASED WITH HIS TRIP EAST State Senator "William Craig and his daughter Mrs. Luclle Rodman have returned from a trip east. While away Mrs. Rodman was operated on for eye trouble and Mr. Craig visited eastern 'markets for canned goods. Mr. Craig states that he found commercial com-mercial conditions quite favorable and that he had no trouble in selling about all the canned goods he will be able to put on the market this season. He visited the central, middle and southern south-ern parts of the country and had a good opportunity to get an understanding under-standing of general business conditions. condi-tions. The wheat crop, he says, will be heavier than in many years past and all other cereal crops will be heavy. He is of the opinion that general prosperity pros-perity will prevail throughout the country for the next eighteen months or more. He is now busily engaged canning the cherry crop, which Is quite heavy and of good quality. oo |
