Show No New Outbreak Reported. Washington, Nov. 3. A corps of 150 government inspectors traveling in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania today reported today to-day that they found no new outbreaks of the foot and mouth disease In cattle cat-tle in districts outside those alread) infected.
