Show CITY CANNOT FORCE EXTENSION OF WIRING In response to the petition of Hal Lessinger. that tho Utah Light & Railway company be required to extend ex-tend electric wiring to his property on Polk avenue Commissioner Chris Flygare reported to the city board that the city had no jurisdiction over the company in that locality and could do nothing to compel the extension of electric wires. In his petition, Mr Lessinger stated that the company compa-ny had refused to extend the electric light service to his place at a cost less than $12i and he was of the opinion that the company, under Its franchise with the city.
