Show NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW. A. O. Fell, T. Samuel Brown. ng and Joseph C Nve, Commissioners of Og den City, Utah, sitting as a Board of Equalization and Review of the spe icial and local taxes to bo levied and 1 assessed by ordinance upon property abutting on the south side of 18th street from Washington to Grant avenues; ave-nues; the south side of 20th street from dams to Jefferson avenues; the west side of Hudson avenue, north from 29th street for a d:seance of 504 S feet, and the east Bide of Hudson avenue north from 29th street, for a distance of 386 75 feet known as Sidewalk District No 121, hereby give notice that list of property In the said district to be taxed has been completed, com-pleted, and that they will meet at the mayor's office In the City Hall. Og den, Utah, from 9 o'clock a. m to 5 o'clock p m.. for five consecutive days, commencing November 6, 1913, to and including November 11, 1913. and will remain in session on each of theBe days during said hours for the purpose of hearing any person feeling aggrieved, and to make correction of any tax deemed unequal or unjust, and during the sitting of said Board, said lists of property and the taxes proposed pro-posed shall then and there be open to public inspection. J Pursuant to Section 278 of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and the authority vested In me by said section. I, the undersigned Wallace Foulger, Treasurer ot Ogden City, Wober County, Utah, heroby give public notice that a special tax 1 amounting to $2775.06 has ben levied for Sidewalk District No. 12n. for the purpose of constructing Concrete, Con-crete, Sidewalks In said district by an ordluanco duly passed by the City Commissioners of Ogden City, Uah. and approved by the Mayor of said City on October 15th. 1913 said taxes being levied on all of the abutting property on the following Streets comprising said Sidewalk District No. 120. The West Sldo of Jefferson Jeffer-son avenue from 28th to 33rd Streets; also 31st Street on both Bides from Jefferson avenue east a distance of 350 feet The said tax is payable in 5 installments- The first Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent December 4. 1913. The second Installment becomes delinquent October 15, 1914 The third Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent October 15, 1915. The fourth Installment becomes delinquent October 15. 1916 The Fifth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent October 15, 1917 Each of aald Installments, except the first, shall draw interest at the rate of sei en (7) per cent per annum, an-num, from the date of the levy as aforesaid, and if any or either of said InstallmenLs shall be unpaid when they become delinquent, Interest In-terest thereon 6hall be ten (10) per cent per annum, until such delinquent delin-quent assessments are fully paid Said tax shall be enforced and collected col-lected as In any other case of special spe-cial tax and If not paid the property on which said levy is made will be advertised and sold according to law.
