Show COURT RULES ANNOUNCED. Provo. Dec. 29. Judge A. B Morgan Mor-gan of the Fourth district court today unnounced the following rules for 1914: "Every Monday, except such Mondays Mon-days as tho court is In Uintah county, fixed as dates for law and motions and probate matters In Utah county. "That all law and motion matters shall stand for hearing at tho rule day next following the filing of tho paper raising such law issue be raised (paper be served and filed) at least ten days prior to such rule day. "Attorneys and duly licensed ab- i i w di stractors only will be allowed to take I M files from the office of the clerk, all J fe files to be erceipted for and returned I () within seven days. No variation from se this rule will be permitted except upon up-on the express order of the judge a "Parties desiring to have civil actions ac-tions tried by jury must demand tho a same and pay the jury' fee before or n at the time the action is set for trial, or a jury will be waived." cj Judge Morgan also announced that ft in probate cases the yearly rental 1 l would be estimated as 10 per cent of the appraised value of the property of the estate. oo |
